            Development Updates

            Currently in the planning phase, Wesley Estates has received a preliminary green light from the City of Montgomery’s Land Use Division. Our team is diligently working on detailed engineered plans and land plotting so that we can continue to move through the approval process with the City of Montgomery.

            Community Meetings

            At Wesley Estates, we believe in the power of community engagement. Here’s a summary of the meetings we’ve hosted and attended, ensuring our neighbors are informed and involved in the development process:
            Our inaugural meeting, attended by the teams from JGS Construction and JeffCoat Engineering, provided an open forum for neighbors to share their visions and concerns.
            A pivotal moment for Wesley Estates as we received unanimous preliminary approval from the Land Use Division board, marking a significant step forward in our journey.
            Continuing our engagement, this meeting allowed us to delve deeper into the community’s feedback and expectations, reinforcing our commitment to a project that meets local needs.
            In collaboration with the South Montgomery Neighborhoods Alliance, we gathered valuable insights and support, highlighting the community’s active participation in shaping Wesley Estates.
            Here, we presented the preliminary plans approved by the city, offering a transparent look at the development’s progress and incorporating community feedback into our planning.
